Two lines of equipment are available for processing Asahi liquid polymers. They ensure optimum results in terms of quality and efficiency of processing APR liquid polymers.

APR AWF 110
The AWF 110 system is suitable for producing flexo plates in sizes up to 762 x 1,270 mm. The system consists of an exposing, laminating and postexposing (finishing) unit, a processor for wash-out and drying, and a tank for supply of polymer including recovered (unexposed) polymer. |

APR ASF 1216
The ASF 1216 system is designed for plate sizes up to 1,200 x 1,600 mm and also consists of three components: an exposing/laminating unit, a processor for wash-out, postexposure (finishing) and drying, and a tank for supply of polymer including recovered (unexposed) polymer. |
